Can i point out the assumes that you only want to go into one particular spec and doesn't take account of play style.

I suggest going to elitistjerks website, and reading their forums, they have specs shwoing how to maximise dps for all the different talent trees as well as rotations, glyphs, enchants, gearing etc.

Be warned though it is the home of theory crafters!
